MACS-FACELIFT: THE PROCEDURE
An advanced method of achieving a smooth jaw line, natural facial rejuvenation and a lift to the sagging cheeks is the macs-facelift (Minima Access Cranial Suspension). A prompt recovery is possible using macs-facelift as a small cut is only required for the procedure.
While performing the macs lift, a cut is made by the surgeon at the ear and through this cut, a surgical thread is used for attaching the upper section and tightening of the sagging subcutaneous tissue is achieved; excess blood and fluids is removed using a subcutaneous drain. The excess skin is then discarded and the remaining is stitched back.
