Interpretation Services for Medical Disputes

If unexpected medical complications and accidents occur which results in a medical dispute, your case will be brought forth to the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency. Once your case is accepted,  we will provide interpretation and translation services for the applicable procedures in which dispute is relevant to. Medical insurance korea includes elective surgery for Plastic Surgery in Korea and non elective medical conditions being treated while in the country.

* Interpretation service languages: English and Chinese

Financial Allowance for stay extension 

Compensation for expenses will be met concerning accommodation and transportation due to necessary overstay requirements once your medical dispute is accepted by the Korean Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency.

* Maximum Accommodation Compensation : 800,000 Korean won with up to 200,000 won per day.

* Maximum Transportation Compensation: 200,000 won with up to 50,000 won per day.

Coverage of accidents and medical complications in Korea

During your stay in Korea, up to 50 million Korean won pay out in applicable in the event of an accident and medical induced complications during your stay in Korea.

Insurance for Foreign Tourists 

Foreign tourists visiting Korea are eligible insurance applicants

* Important: Korea National Health Insurance Service holders, individuals of dual citizenship (Korea and foreign) and foreigners living in Korea are excluded from this service.

Insured for 7 Days from First Hospital Visit

From your first visit to a medical institution in Korea, your insurance policy will commence for up to 7 days.  Accidents which result in medical disputes and medical complications will be applicable for insurance claim. Additionally, insurance coverage relating to death or stress disorder due to accident or medical complications while you are in Korea together with  compensation over a period from the date of entry to the date of departure (up to 30 days) can be applied for.
