What is Nose / Rhinoplasty Surgery?

Asian noses for example, are often wide and flat with lower dorsums and a lack of projection. Therefore augmentation and for improved height and projection is required together with reduction of width. Caucasian noses in many cases are overprojected, wide or irregular at the bridge. Caucasian tips can also be bulbous due to a build up of cartilage. Therefore, bone shaving, narrowing and tip sculpting with suture techniques is often required.
